Family Medicine Physician – Swansea, MA. Southcoast Health is a not-for-profit, charitable health system with multiple hospitals, clinics and facilities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are seeking a talented Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care group in Swansea, MA. The Primary Care practice in Swansea consists of 8 physicians and 5 advanced practice practitioners.

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care in a high-volume, quality-focused practice.
• Collaborate with a Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support, and other team members.
• Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
• Participate in on-call rotation as part of a day-shift schedule with weekend and holiday coverage as assigned.

Full-time.

Location:

Swansea, MA. Shift: Day – weekend, holiday, on-call assigned on a rotation. Remote option noted in listing but position is in Swansea, MA.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with completion of a US residency.
• Current state medical license and DEA registration.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills.
• Noted:
  We are unable to support J-1 waivers for Primary Care positions.

• Salary with Productivity & Performance Based Incentives
• Sign-on Bonus – $60,000
• Retention Bonus – $20,000 X 4 years
