A leading engineering company based in Swanley is seeking a Workshop Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of their engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of engineers, ensuring customer service delivery, and maintaining high health and safety standards. This role requires strong managerial skills, an NVQ level 3 qualification, and experience in vehicle maintenance or mechanical engineering.

A full UK driving license is also necessary for this position.
