What Youll Do :
Schedule and dispatch service technicians
Be the first point of contact for customers
Maintain service records and job reports
Support with invoicing, parts ordering, and inventory
Ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operations
Skills Needed:
2+ years in admin or customer service (refrigeration/HVAC a plus)
Strong communication and organisation skills
Confident with MS Office and service software
A positive, can-do attitude
