Position: Registered Behavior Technician RBT/BT - Full-Time

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full‑Time – Swampscott, MA

Overview

ABA Centers of America is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis services. We offer paid training, ongoing career support, and a stable, growing work environment. The RBT role supports individuals with autism throughout the home, community, and our new centers.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide evidence‑based behavioral services to clients with autism in homes, community settings, and ABA Centers of America locations.
  • Teach daily living skills, social skill skills, and academic skills using effective behavior methods.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions and maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, executive directors, and other clinicians during team meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist with implementation of therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed to support operations.
Requirements
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age 18 (21+ if located in New Jersey).
  • Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance to provide in‑home services.
  • Clean background, drug, and driving record screenings.
  • RBT Ability to attend required paid training program and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
  • BT:
    Ability to attend a 40‑hour paid RBT training course and be eligible for the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.

Base salary $52,000 per year. Starting rate $25/hour. Sign‑on bonus of $1,000 (limited‑time offer). Final compensation determined by experience, training, and credentials.
