Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Wellness Nurse at Bertram House of Swampscott, located in Swampscott, MA. The Wellness Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the health and wellness of residents. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring residents health status, administering medications, coordinating with healthcare providers, providing health education to residents and staff, and maintaining accurate health records.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- CPR Certification
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
