• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis

• Provide supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated

• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care

• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

• Work at unit level providing comprehensive emergency department nursing services

• Complete I-9 process in HR department during onboarding

• Check in at security desk at front lobby for orientation scheduling

• HR available from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for orientation coordination
