NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well‑established dealer of OEM construction machinery who are looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to cover the Swaffham region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected dealership representing premium machinery brands, selling into contractors, plant hire companies and civil engineering businesses across the territory.

• Selling a range of OEM construction machinery including excavators, loading shovels and heavy plant equipment
• Managing and developing an existing customer base while driving new business
• Covering a defined territory around Swaffham
• Handling the full sales process from lead generation through to deal closure and handover
• Working closely with service and parts departments to ensure strong aftersales support
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets

• Experience selling construction machinery, heavy plant or capital equipment
• Strong understanding of the local construction and plant hire market
• Comfortable generating new business and managing key accounts
• Commercially astute and target driven
• Full UK driving licence

• £40,000 - £55,000 basic salary (DOE)
• Uncapped commission
• Company vehicle
