Sellick Partnership Ltd is working in partnership with a well-established housing association to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join their Repairs and Maintenance team on a contract basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in identifying, treating, and resolving damp and mould issues within residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify damp and mould issues and understand appropriate treatment methods

Remove defective or damaged decoration affected by damp and mould

Wash, clean, and treat affected areas

Take clear before-and-after photographs of completed works

Carry out minor decorating works as required

Essential Requirements:

Full UK driving licence

Willingness to undertake any required training
