The Role

We are looking for a kind, caring, professional, and dedicated Trainer to join our Swadlincote team. The role involves:

  • Deliveringin house training to current and new staff members, including initial induction
  • Providing support, guidance, and supervision to new and current care staffthroughout training sessions
  • Beinga role model for staff and assisting in their initial and ongoing development
  • Supporting the business with community care work, as and when required
  • Using new technologies,contributing to the development of training courses, and deliveringtraining using AI supported tools and PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Havea minimum of 3 years’ experience in health and social care sector,specifically in home care / domiciliary care
  • Havea minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a trainer
  • Holda recognised Train the Trainer qualification
  • Havea NVQ L2 in Health & Social Care and willingness to complete L3
  • Holda Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
