Bradcare is a trusted Domiciliary Care Provider based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire supporting adults and vulnerable people across the local community. We are passionate about delivering person-centred care, and our office team plays a vital role in ensuring our care staff can deliver high-quality support every day.
We are looking for a Full-Time Administrator to join our office team, helping manage documentation, compliance, and communication across our care services. This is a key role for someone who wants to contribute to the smooth running of a caring, local business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the care staff, office staff and management team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including assisting with care plans, support plans, and risk assessments
Ensure all documentation meets CQC, GDPR, and internal compliance standards
Liaise with care staff, service users, families, and external agencies professionally and promptly
Manage information across multiple software systems, ensuring accuracy
Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Minimum 3 years’ experience in health and social care / support work, preferably with outreach or community care experience
Full UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle
Local to Swadlincote or able to commute reliably
Good understanding of care plans, support plans, and care documentation
Confident using multiple IT and digital systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to study further and develop professionally
Genuine interest in health and social care and supporting local communities
Compliance & SafeguardingApplicants must be a UK national with the legal right to work in the UK
English must be the primary language
