• Produce and approve technical drawings for bespoke masonry support and façade systems
• Work closely with structural and project engineers to deliver buildable solutions
• Lead detailed handovers and keep internal systems updated with accurate project data Support continuous improvement in drawing standards as the team expands

• CAD skills (AutoCAD or similar) in a construction, engineering or manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret and produce accurate 2D drawings from technical specs
• Strong communicator who can collaborate well across technical teams
• Proactive mindset and appetite for progression into leadership
