About the roleConnex Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming Primary Schools in the Swadlincote (DE11) area, who are recruiting for KS2 Teachers to work on a day-to-day supply basis. This role will involve taking on full classroom responsibilities during cover days, including lesson delivery, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils’ progress. No lesson planning will be required.

Assignment DetailsThese roles are for 3-5 days a week, starting in September, and will run for the duration of the autumn term.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience of working with children aged 7–11 in a UK primary school setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
- Knowledge of the KS2 national curriculum
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain a new one
