Security Officer - Flex Armed Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific access procedures, community rules enforcement support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, including contacting emergency services and notifying property management as directed by post orders;
Conduct regular and random vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout residential common areas and along the perimeter;
Monitor entry points, gates, parking areas, and/or amenities for policy compliance, assisting with directions and visitor information;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and resident or guest interactions in written reports and logs, and communicate shift updates to leadership
