• Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities
• As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will:
  • Participate in daily team huddles and sales coaching sessions
  • Quote auto, home, renters, and other personal lines insurance policies
  • Speak with warm inbound leads and prospective clients by phone
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from quote to close
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Work closely with a professional, supportive sales team

• Base Salary: $40,000 per year
• Commission & Bonuses:
  Uncapped earning potential
• First-Year Earning Potential: $100,000+
