The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and support Giant Media Online’s growth objectives in the digital media and advertising sectors. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in sales, exceptional team management skills, and a client-centric approach to drive performance and build strong partnerships with brands, agencies, and advertisers. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Vice President - Sales to implement strategies that align with the company’s broader vision.
Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital media and advertising markets, focusing on brands, agencies, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and client needs to inform sales strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and client loyalty.
- Address escalated client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with advertising solutions.
- Represent Giant Media Online at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Support expansion into new regional markets while maintaining strong performance in existing territories.
- Analyze sales and campaign data to identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and improve advertising offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and Giant Media Online’s brand objectives.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in digital media, advertising, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing successful client relationships.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and advertiser behavior in the digital media and advertising sectors.
