Commercial Flooring - Sales Representative

The Commercial Multi‑Family Flooring Sales Representative at Atlanta Flooring Design Centers, Inc. will work with customers to grow their account base through cold calling, responding to RFPs, and preparing proposals. The role involves selling, project management, measuring, and being present during delivery and installation. The ideal candidate brings self‑motivation, strong relationships with field service professionals, and the ability to maintain profit margins.

• Identify prospective customers and respond to requests for proposals in a timely manner
• Maintain contact with the customer after agreements are signed to ensure all work is completed correctly and on time
• Maintain effective relationships with field service personnel
• Conduct job site visits as necessary to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction

• Effective selling and closing skills
• Experience in the flooring industry highly preferred
• Prior sales experience in flooring
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self‑motivated team player with strong work ethic
• Some sales experience preferred; B2B experience a plus
• Willing and able to learn new products and trade knowledge
