Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Mat Builder. The Mat Builder will be using carpet and rubber materials to assemble a variety of industrial mats, monitoring placement of rubber base sheets and cutting carpet onto molds, and building the mat prior to entering the press for curing. Mats are built to manufacturing standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities And Duties- Inspect rubber and carpet placement on the mold and ensure no delays on the line.
- Communicate any issues related to the building process to the CEO and make adjustments to ensure the product meets specifications.
- When automation is not used on the line, lay base sheets of rubber onto molds, lay carpet on base sheets, apply rubber edge strips, and add top and back customer labels and RFID chips.
- Prepare molds for the next run.
- Complete transactions from the POET screen for orders on the schedule and keep the CEO informed of all system issues when present.
- Keep the area neat and clean.
- Good dexterity.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Adaptability to a fast‑paced manufacturing line.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Capability to lift, carry or maneuver product weighing 20+ lbs.
