Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:
As a member of the Production Assembly team, you will:
* Assemble and solder electronic components, such as connectors and cables, adhering to technical specifications, blueprints, and detailed work instructions.
* Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to identify defects and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
* Execute functional testing of electronic products and components to validate performance metrics.
* Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment to assemble electronic circuits and components, with strict adherence to safety standards in soldering and wiring processes.
* Operate and maintain automated assembly machines and tools, ensuring equipment is calibrated for optimal performance to support production efficiency.
* Maintain accurate documentation of assembly activities, including work orders, part numbers, lot numbers, and quality control metrics.
* Promptly communicate any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor and proactively identify and resolve assembly-related issues.
* Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment and report any safety hazards to management immediately.
* Effectively package finished electronic products to ensure proper handling and protection during shipment.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience in the electronics industry, specifically in production assembly.
* Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and electrical testing.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
