Flexographic Press Operator

A well-established, 30+ year manufacturing company in Suwanee, GA is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator with Webtron 750 experience to join our production team on first shift. This is a full-time opportunity with a reputable manufacturer that values quality, teamwork, and long‑term employees. The Flexographic Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining a Webtron 750 flexographic press, ensuring high‑quality production, accurate color matching, and efficient press performance.

• Set up and operate Webtron 750 flexographic press
• Perform job changeovers, plate mounting, and ink setup
• Monitor color consistency and registration
• Conduct quality checks throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot press and print issues as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Maintain production documentation and meet output goals
• Follow all safety and quality standards

• 2+ years of flexographic press experience
• Direct experience operating a Webtron 750 strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of color matching and print registration
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and print defects
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
