Cintas is currently looking for an Assistant Manufacturing Lead. The Assistant Manufacturing Lead is responsible for:
Assisting the lead in motivating and training partners in a manufacturing operation. Ensure production quality and efficiency goals are being maintained. Ensure partners are trained and knowledgeable of how to obtain their team goals on a consistent basis. Motivate and lead partners to achieve their goals. Ensure all policies and procedures are observed, and all Health & Safety standards are met.
Positively contribute to the growth and development of all partners.
- Working knowledge of all line positions.
- Meet daily/weekly performance, quality and efficiency goals.
- Train new partners on the proper manufacturing process.
- Hands‑on leadership.
- 2‑3 years of manufacturing experience.
