Implementation Business Analyst

A client of Insight Global is looking to add an implementation BA to their team. This person will work across seven active projects, supporting cloud, identity management and system implementations. They will sit in meetings, gather information and turn it into process diagrams, user stories, traceability matrices and leadership facing Power Points. They will help build runbooks and SOPs and support disaster recovery documentation.

They will partner with technical and business teams and assist with PMO tasks such as tracking project deliverables. The leader needs someone proactive who can take vague direction, figure out what needs to be built and move the work forward without waiting for step by step guidance. They may also support light project management tasks depending on workload.

The hourly wage for this role is around $58-63/hr please note that pay is subject to change based on a number of factors.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 5 years of Business Analyst experience

• Experience supporting implementation projects

• Ability to create workflow diagrams, user stories, and traceability matrices

• Comfortable working with both technical teams and business u

• Strong communication and cross functional liaison skills

• Visio Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working in education environments

• Background in state government or higher education

• Project management or PMO experience

• PM certifications (PMP, CSM, CAPM)

• Disaster recovery documentation experience

• AWS experience or similar cloud exposure

• Identity access management experience (SailPoint, Okta, Ping)
