Role
Summary
We are hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in the home and community under the supervision of a BCBA. Weekly hours and pay vary based on caseload, client attendance, and documentation completion.
Schedule
- Mon–Fri: 3:00 pm–8:00 pm
- Sat–Sun: 2:00 pm–8:00 pm
- Morning and early afternoon sessions may be available during school breaks (summer, holidays, etc.), depending on client needs.
Final schedules are set based on client availability.
Compensation
$22–$30 per billable hour, commensurate with experience. Pay is for completed, documented service hours.
Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Associate degree or higher in early childhood, psychology, special education, or a related fieldExperience working with children with or without ASD or related developmental disabilitiesReliable transportation for in-home sessions in Suwanee, Buford, and AlpharettaAvailability for at least 3 weekday afternoonsComfort working in homes and community settingsBasic data entry skills via computer and data applications (e.g., session documentation systems such as CR Essentials)Must be active, engaging, and energetic with childrenProfessionalism, reliability, and strong communication with caregivers and team membersPreferred Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentialExperience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)Bilingual English/KoreanWhat You Will Do
Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervisionDeliver individualized sessions targeting communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skillsBuild a positive rapport with clients, emphasizing independence and growthCollect accurate data and maintain thorough documentationCommunicate progress and strategies to caregiversCollaborate with your supervising BCBA and interdisciplinary teamParticipate in ongoing training and professional developmentGrowth & Supervision

Supervision and practicum hours may be availableAdditional Requirements
