This is a part time, on-site role located in Suwanee, GA for a Registered Behavioral Health Technician. The Behavioral Health Technician will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions based on individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental differences. Daily responsibilities include supporting skill development, assisting with behavior management strategies, collecting data, and maintaining accurate client progress records. The technician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent care and effective outcomes.

• Strong background in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis methods.
• Experience and knowledge in implementing Behavioral Intervention techniques.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Familiarity with principles of Psychology and a passion for working with individuals with developmental differences.
• Ability to work well in an on-site, team-based environment in Suwanee, GA.
• Reliable organizational and documentation skills for maintaining accurate client records.
• RBT certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus but not required.
