Collections Specialist

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Collections Specialist located in Snellville, GA. The role involves managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payment from customers. Responsibilities include communicating with clients via phone or email, tracking overdue accounts, processing payments, resolving disputes professionally, and collaborating with the finance team to reconcile accounts. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records of collections activities.

• Experience in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients
• Familiarity with Finance‑related tasks such as account reconciliation and payment processing
• Professional interpersonal skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as accounting or CRM systems, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in finance or related fields is a bonus
