Field customer requests and engineer solutions that conform to their budget and timeline. Efficient time management and a sense of urgency are critical to being successful. This position requires a mechanical understanding and aptitude particularly in the area of control valves and piping.

• Interface directly with customers via phone and email to provide engineered solutions, technical support, and order management
• Engineer complete solutions for customer process control needs
• Work with the Application Engineering team to learn the technical aspects of the job as well as the principles of account management
• Manage the complete sales cycle including pre-sales engagement and prospecting, engineering, quotation development, order processing and administration, product assembly and shipment, invoicing, and payment
• Document information related to customer requests
• Manage project documentation and technical submittals
• Develop a proficient understanding of our business system, including the ability to investigate problems and suggest creative solutions

Be enrolled in an accredited university and actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering
