This is a traveling site superintendent position throughout GA and AL.
Role SummaryOwns daily field production and site leadership for large-scale construction projects nationwide. Ensures schedule execution, safety compliance, quality control, and subcontractor performance across complex scopes including tilt-up, structural concrete, and steel packages.
Core Responsibilities- Direct all onsite field activities and subcontractor crews
- Execute short-interval planning and production control
- Enforce safety, quality, and site logistics standards
- Coordinate inspections and jurisdictional approvals
- Validate quantities, manpower, and daily reporting
- Maintain site schedules and look‑ahead plans
- Drive punch, turnover, and closeout execution
