Position:Estimator / Preconstruction
Reports to the VP of Construction
SummaryOwns the accurate and timely development of budgets, bids, and cost models to support profitable project acquisition and controlled execution.
Core Responsibilities- Prepare conceptual through GMP estimates
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing
- Maintain cost histories and unit pricing
- Identify scope gaps, risk, and value-engineering opportunities
- Support bid strategy and turnover to operations
- Detail driven
- Schedule disciplined
- Margin focused
- Competitive drive to pursue and win new contracts
