Business Development, Client Relationship Manager, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through inquiry, negotiation, order entry, order management, and post-order service.
- Administer customer contracts and projects: manage contract/project details, status reports, manufacturing schedules, logistics, customer questionnaires, forms, and agreements.
- Communicate order status and expected delivery dates based on current production schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers & distributors across all functions and levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with departments such as supply chain and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth processing of orders.
- Address customer concerns promptly, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions, notes, and follow-up tasks are recorded.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
