Cintas is seeking a Special Order Coordinator to ensure product availability through purchase order (PO) placement, management, and delivery to the customer for our Global Supply Chain (GSC) division. As a Special Order Coordinator you will maintain a high service level and achieve set order goals. You will also need to be proactive and engaged in communicating with suppliers, peers, management, and other Cintas divisions.

You will work in lock step with Sales, Implementation Partners, Account Management, and customers as well as management to ensure production satisfaction and delivery.

• Review the daily Open Order Report, with a primary focus on E-Commerce accounts.
• Collaborate with Production to ensure orders are completed before they become late.
• Coordinate with the Shipping department to prevent delays in order dispatch.
• Investigate and address any late orders, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Partner with the Sales Team to monitor and discuss fluctuations in current performance.

Required

• High school diploma/GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred

• Prior experience with ERP systems
• Experience with shipping or procurement coordination processes, carrier systems (e.g. UPS, Fed Ex), and tracking tools for timely delivery.
• Experience in E-Commerce order management
