We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Sutton, MA. Ideally, we are looking for a Physical Therapist with orthopedic clinical experience, although we are open to a new graduate with the previous outpatient clinical orthopedic rotations. Must have a great work ethic, love helping others through personalized physical therapy regimens, and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver the highest level of care.

- Patient consultation: review health and medical histories, examine patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
- Consult with referring physicians/healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
- Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs
- Assist patients with all phases of treatment and techniques including exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
- Educate patients on PT benefits, the recovery process, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
- Document progress notes accurately and timely, recording treatments rendered in patient charts and patients’ responses to treatments after each visit
- Collaborate with other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients
- Create an excellent patient experience through a friendly and focused attitude
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
- PT license in MA
- 1+ year’s experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred (recent graduates considered)
- Full time or part time (minimum 3‑day work week) Monday through Friday
- 8–12‑hour days, open to flexible scheduling options
- Up to $97k per year plus sign‑on bonuses
