Full Time 37.5 Hours Per Week

Weekly Pay 12 week temp - perm

We're recruiting for a Process Utility Operative to support a busy fabrication department. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide assistance across multiple areas including Punch, Laser, Press Brake, Painting/Preparation, and After Paint Assembly. No two days will look exactly the same.

What's the Job?
  • Providing support across fabrication processes including Punch, Laser and Press Brake
  • Assisting with preparation prior to painting and after-paint assembly
  • Working from job packs and signing off documentation
  • Supporting the Works Supervisor and Lead Operatives
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and manufacturing tolerances
  • Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
  • Reporting any equipment, build or production concerns promptly
  • Helping improve productivity by working closely with the wider team

You'll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday - 07:30-16:00/17:00 (flexible start/finish within stated times)
  • Friday - 07:30-11:45/12:45
  • 15.79ph
  • 12 week temp - perm
  • Structured manufacturing environment
