As a Center of Excellence, Commercial Business Services (CBS) drives commercial excellence across Care Enablement. The team delivers market insights, health economics expertise, brand management, and validated marketing and sales strategies. CBS leads the development of commercial tools, processes, and training to support market access, strategic product positioning, and enhance the global customer experience. This is a fixed term until December 2026, full-time, hybrid role of 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and process contracts, sales agreements and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and managed efficiently from initiation through to contract fulfilment.
- Act as a key contact for contract queries and stakeholder communication within the Contracts and Tender team.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation for suppliers and customers.
- Support process improvements and system enhancements for contract management.
- Minimum 2 years experience in contract administration, commercial support, procurement, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex documentation accurately.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with experience working across Legal, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with contract management systems (SAP experience desirable).
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with adaptability to change and continuous learning.
- Desirable:
Experience in healthcare, public sector, or regulated industries; knowledge of pricing structures, commercial terms, or tender processes.
