Customer Advisor – B&Q Sutton

Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term,
Part Time – 15 hours per week
, Shifts Monday – Sunday, 6am–9am or 7pm–10pm

Join our team and become an expert advisor – an inspiration and a guide. You’ll know each customer and their home‑improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays and maintaining a great store appearance. You’ll be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, but the main focus is delivering exceptional customer service.

Happy to help, eager to learn and a little obsessive about home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us. You’re friendly, outgoing and get a buzz from helping others. You’re ready to expand your skills with new technology, work well in a team, and are flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
