Based at Lawn View House in Sutton-in-Ashfield, we are looking for an enthusiastic administrator who is interested in working within a busy department to support the Deprivation of Liberty Standards service to carry out their work within the Adult Social Care & Health Department of Nottinghamshire County Council.

• Join a team of administrators handling and processing allocations, making and receiving calls, inputting data, checking and verifying information, and working as a team towards defined business standards and processes.
• Liaise with other departments and public bodies while handling and processing complex information.
• Organise own caseload within statutory timescales, drive workflow to ensure team targets are achieved.
• Work independently as required and be self‑motivated.
• Understand safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection.

• Excellent IT, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection requirements.
• Training will be provided.

• Full‑time post (consideration given to part‑time if suitable).
• Hybrid role: expected to work from the office once or twice per week, with daily office attendance during initial training.
