Level Order Picker - Nights

Job Title: High Level Order Picker - Nights (HLOP)
Location: Sutton Coldfield

Pay Rate: 15.56 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

• Operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders at height.

• Work in line with warehouse processes and strict health & safety procedures.

• Accurately pick stock from high-level locations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet nightly targets and deadlines.

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse experience is essential.

• Previous experience operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) is essential.

• A valid, in-date HLOP licence/certificate is required.

• VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) experience is desirable but not essential.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

• Willingness to commit to a long-term role and progress within the business.
