Our client is one of the biggest names within the HGV industry. With the latest vehicles on the market, this gives you the best HGV experience and a top‑range vehicle to work with! Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers in Minworth.

The rate of pay is £16.55–£19.05 per hour.

• Saturday to Monday, start times between 4 am to 10 am
• Friday to Sunday, start times between 6 pm‑11 pm

As an HGV Class 1 Driver you will be responsible for:

• Conducting pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Following all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health and safety regulations

Our perfect worker will have excellent communication skills and be able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and report defects correctly. Applicants will comply with on‑site health and safety requirements and understand driver’s hours and WTD legislation.

• Valid HGV 1/C+E licence, DCPC & Tacho cards
• Minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience with no more than 6 points and no DD/DR Code convictions
