What you will do:
  • Offer a range of support and interventions to children in care and care leavers, adapting to their specific needs.
  • Work within foster homes, residential placements, semi-independent placements, and communities to perform direct work with children, young people, and families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop and oversee personalised care plans, ensuring that favourable outcomes are achieved in collaboration with the professional network.
  • Provide both direct and indirect specialist support to children, young people, and care leavers.
  • Implement Restorative Practice principles in your day-to-day work to foster positive change and development.
