Overview

Enjoy a permanent Gas Engineer role with a company van, fuel card and free parking, all provided from day one. Join a well-established and supportive property maintenance and FM contractor working across the West Midlands (within one hour of Sutton Coldfield), where your skills will make a real difference across domestic and commercial properties.

This is a stable, growing team of 13 engineers with Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm hours and no regular out‑of‑hours.

• Working across the West Midlands (within one hour of B76)
• Carrying out boiler changes and installations
• Completing servicing, breakdowns and fault finding
• Undertaking plumbing repairs, HVAC and ventilation works
• Supporting maintenance across domestic and commercial sites

• Domestic ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
• Commercial gas tickets (advantageous)
• Experience with in FM, fit‑out or property maintenance
• A full UK driving licence

• £43,000 – £50,000 basic salary (DOE)

This role is based around B76, covering the West Midlands within approximately one hour of Sutton Coldfield. With a fully expensed van and fuel card provided, travel between jobs is straightforward and localised.
