Gas Engineer

Position: Gas Engineer (Permanent)
Enjoy a permanent Gas Engineer role with a company van, fuel card and free parking, all provided from day one. Join a well-established and supportive property maintenance and FM contractor working across the West Midlands (within one hour of Sutton Coldfield), where your skills will make a real difference across domestic and commercial properties. This is a stable, growing team of 13 engineers with Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm hours and no regular out-of-hours.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a secure and expanding team, delivering boiler installations, servicing, breakdowns and HVAC maintenance across FM contracts, private domestic properties and fit-out projects. With asplit between domestic and commercial work, this Gas Engineer role offers variety, stability and long-term progression.

As a Gas Engineer, you will be

Working across the West Midlands (within one hour of B76)
Carrying out boiler changes and installations
Completing servicing, breakdowns and fault finding
Undertaking plumbing repairs, HVAC and ventilation works
Supporting maintenance across domestic and commercial sites

Domestic ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
Commercial gas tickets (advantageous)

Experience with in FM, fit-out or property maintenance
A full UK driving licence
We are very keen to speak to a Gas Engineer who holds any of these qualifications or has relevant domestic or commercial experience.

The role is offering the following benefits

£43,000 – £50,000 basic salary (DOE)

Location & Travel This role is based around B76, covering the West Midlands within approximately one hour of Sutton Coldfield. With a fully expensed van and fuel card provided, travel between jobs is straightforward and localised.
