This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative at Hirelink UK (Midlands) Ltd, located in Royal Sutton Coldfield. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, building rapport with clients, negotiating hires, and representing the company professionally to drive business growth.
Qualifications- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in sales techniques, business development, and client relationship management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach
- Experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
