Job Summary

Conservatory Design Sales Executive – self‑employed position with SACMIS, located in Royal Sutton Coldfield, England, United Kingdom.

• Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers in their homes.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand customers’ requirements and design preferences.
• Provide expert advice on conservatory options, materials and design possibilities.
• Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals tailored to each customer.
• Educate customers about our products and services, think on your feet and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Use industry‑leading training to build confidence in presenting bespoke living space and conservatory products.

• Self‑motivated, confident communicator capable of engaging senior‑level customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, builds rapport.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Flexible to varied workloads and working hours.
• Strong eye for design and ability to translate preferences into CAD plans.
• Experience in home improvements (or similar) preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
