Salary:
Up to £80,000 per annum + car allowance

Dignity is seeking a qualified, visionary Head of Health & Safety to join our Property Team, a role that is absolutely pivotal to our ongoing success and operational integrity.

You'll set the direction for health and safety across the entire property portfolio, working closely with senior leaders and shaping policies that make a real difference. - Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated H&S professionals, empowering them to deliver best-in-class safety outcomes. - Continuous Improvement:
Champion a proactive, solutions-focused approach—analysing data, driving innovation, and embedding a culture of learning and accountability. - Operational Impact:
Your work will directly reduce incidents, improve wellbeing, and ensure Dignity remains a leader in compliance and risk management.
- Proven experience in a senior health and safety leadership role, ideally in a multi-site or complex operational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
- A track record of driving cultural change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) essential; further qualifications (NVQ Level 5/6, IOSH Trainer, IIRSM membership) are a plus.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
