We’re seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well-established and respected law firm in North Birmingham
. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy conveyancing department and enjoys providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support.

• Providing full secretarial support to conveyancers, including audio and copy typing
• Preparing and formatting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client meetings
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
• Opening, maintaining, and closing client files in line with compliance procedures
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Supporting the conveyancing process from instruction to completion

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing is essential
• Strong audio typing and document production skills
• Confident using case management systems and MS Office
• A proactive, supportive team player with excellent attention to detail
