Private Client Legal Assistant

• Supporting fee-earners with Wills, Probate, LPAs & Estate Administration matters
• Preparing legal documents and client correspondence
• Managing files, diaries, and general administrative tasks
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records
• Must have experience within Private Client or a similar legal support role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail & ability to manage a busy workload
• A proactive, friendly and client-focused approach
• IT-confident, with good document management skills
