Social Media Executive

JE Consulting is a full-service marketing and PR agency based in Sutton Coldfield. Our team of 30 specialists work with professional services firms across the UK, delivering campaigns that include digital marketing, social media, websites, PR, content and events.

Our client base mainly comprises B2B professional firms such as accountants, solicitors and financial services businesses. In addition, we work with SMEs and organisations operating across a range of sectors, including healthcare.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and well organisedSocial Media Executiveto join our team. This is a varied role within our social media team, supporting a range of B2B clients and contributing ideas to help their social media presence grow. Platforms we typically work across include Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and X.

This is a varied role and the successful candidate will need to be adaptable, working closely with other departments across JE Consulting where required. The day-to-day role includes:

• Drafting social media captions for clients and JE Consulting’s social media platforms
• Creating social media graphics using Canva
• Uploading and formatting blog content via Word Press and other CMS platforms
• Posting and scheduling social media posts using Hootsuite
• Managing clients’ social media content plans, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept updated
• Supporting new client onboarding, including gaining access to social media platforms and organising account setup
• Coordinating social media activity with the wider team and keeping client’s digital plans updated
• Preparing monthly social media performance reports and highlighting key insights, trends and opportunities for improvement
• Monitoring client’s social media channels and auditing them
• Video editing using software such as WeVideo and Cap Cut
• Working with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns across PR, content and digital.

This role requires someone who can learn quickly and is self-motivated to improve their skills, with support from our experienced social media team.

Hybrid working will be offered, once fully trained.
