We are seeking a dedicated F&B Assistant to join our team in the Ryder Restaurant. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience in a dynamic, high‑quality setting.

The on‑target earning potential for this role is £12.91 per hour, comprising a base hourly rate of £12.21 plus a qualified estimate of £0.70 in gratuities per hour.

This role will require late nights during the week and weekend working.

• As a food and beverage assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter.
• Welcome all guests with a polite and friendly manner.
• Deliver a great experience from beginning to end.
• Confidently talk about our menus.
• Take orders from guests and proactively ensure that all their needs are met.
• Clean and maintain good hygiene practices.
• Work across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole.

Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant would be preferred, but you don’t need experience to start your career with us at The Belfry Hotel and Resort. We have a great team that will train you and give you all of the skills you need to be successful. If you do have previous experience that’s great, we will take your skills and elevate them in a department where you feel you would be the best fit.
