• Run a busy section, managing a high‑volume kitchen environment with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare dishes to a high standard, demonstrating culinary skill in filleting, frying, and other techniques.
• Inspire and mentor junior chefs, sharing knowledge and fostering culinary creativity.
• Adopt a flexible approach, assisting in different areas of the kitchen as business and guest needs dictate.

• Current base knowledge and experience in a quality‑driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Strong emotional intelligence, anticipating guests' needs to deliver a personalised experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver Hand Picked Hotels' guest experience standards, going above and beyond to ensure guests remember and recommend the experience.

• Competitive salary of £14 per hour plus a share of service charge.
• Full‑time role (4 days out of 7, 40 hours per week, rota basis).
