Right Search Recruitment Ltd are currently selecting for a Registered Care Home Manager to work with an excellent healthcare organisation based in West Midlands.

The nursing home in particular is a 9 bedded specialist service in Sutton Coldfield. This hom e is the only service of it’s kind in the UK, providing dedicated nursing support for Individuals with downs syndrome & dementia, life-limiting-illnesses and regressive disorders.

The ideal candidate must have at least three years experience as a Manager within a care home setting however being nurse qualified is not essential.

The starting salary is £33,000 per annum which will rise to £35,00 per annum after completing a three month probationary period with the company.

The manager is expected to:

Manage all staff in the nursing home
Audits
Yearly Appraisals
1:1 with staff every 2 weeks
Receive 1:1 from Operations director as well as full support
Ensuring CQC standards are met
Rotas
Budgets
