Financial Adviser

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Financial Adviser to join a well-established and growing Financial Planning firm based near Sutton Coldfield.

My client are seeking a highly qualified, technically strong Adviser to service and develop an existing client bank. This role will focus on maintaining long-term client relationships, delivering high-quality holistic advice, and building organically through referrals and clients transitioning from the onboarding team.

You will inherit a client bank from day one, the amount of clients allocated to you will depend on your experience and level. There is also scope for additional allocation from existing planners to support your growth. This is not a cold-start position; you will be supported with clients and given the infrastructure to succeed.

The firm provides full back-office support, including dedicated paraplanners and administrators, allowing you to focus on advice delivery and relationship management. You will be expected to utilise cashflow planning tools as part of your advice process and deliver technically robust financial planning solutions.

The role will ideally be more office-based initially to support integration, collaboration, and development.

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered or working towards advantageous)
• Proven experience managing and developing a client bank
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning
• Experience using cashflow planning software
• Commercially aware with strong relationship management skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
