Paraplanner | /JP/31848 | Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on Experience) | Sutton Coldfield

• Prepare compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and tax.
• Conduct research and analysis to support quality financial advice.
• Collaborate with advisers and clients to build strong relationships.
• Manage a varied caseload with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain high technical and compliance standards under tight deadlines.

• At least 2 years  paraplanning experience in a financial planning environment.
• Solid technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax planning.
• Confident using case management and planning systems.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
